Low, and I can't find a reason
You wake up heavy. No argument, no bad news, the day running as usual — and a grey layer over everything.
The hardest part often isn't the low but the missing reason. You start examining yourself: everything is fine, so what am I upset about?
And so on top of the low there's now impatience with yourself.
What may be going on
Feeling doesn't always have a matching event. Sometimes it's weather — arriving without warning, leaving without explaining.
Treating the absence of a reason as a fault of yours usually only thickens the grey. The low is heavy enough without "I shouldn't be like this" added to it.
What can be done at times like this usually isn't chasing it off, but letting it be here — and finding somewhere for you to be too.
Essences that may fit
You don't need all of them. See which description comes closest to how you are now.

Mustard
Sudden, unexplained gloom
A deep low with no cause, like a cloud drifting in and out. Its support isn't explanation but staying with you inside it until it passes on its own.

Gorse
Deep hopelessness, giving up
If the grey has lasted long enough that you've concluded it won't get better, this one comes closer.

Wild Rose
Resignation, low vitality
If it's more like not minding, no drive, anything will do, look at this one.
One small thing you can do now
You don't have to rally. Find one place in the body that still feels reasonably comfortable — the warmth of your palms, the weight of a blanket.
Rest your attention there for a while. Not to distract yourself, but so the body remembers: even in a low, one place is still comfortable.
If even that is too much, don't do it. Getting through today is already enough.
